Who stamps the drawings?
You do. Your licensed PE remains engineer of record and retains full licensure and liability. We produce review-ready work product. We never stamp.
How is the package produced?
We build a coordinated model, then derive the drawings, schedules, and studies from it. Validated solvers and verified code tables handle every calculation, while AI assists with modeling, extraction, and assembly. No calculation is ever generated by free-form AI. That architecture is what prevents confident, silent errors.
What format do you deliver in?
Editable native files in your environment: Revit or IFC, your CAD set in your standards and title block, and native analysis models in ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower. You verify and edit in the tools you already use.
Can you handle revisions?
Yes. All revisions are included in the package price.
What does it cost?
A fixed price per package, quoted up front based on your scope. Not an hourly rate or an FTE seat, and the price is agreed before any work begins.
What inputs do you need?
Born-digital, new-build vendor submittals: equipment schedules, utility one-line, connected loads, and specifications. Brownfield work and field walkdowns are not currently supported.
