Deploy wherever
your power is

Nova Array deploys into the site you already control. A traditional data center build runs 18 to 24 months from groundbreaking to live compute. Nova Array arrives in 180 days from purchase order, into a powered shell, an existing industrial building, a pad-ready site, or anywhere else your power and connectivity allow.

Engineered to support rack densities up to and beyond Vera Rubin requirements. Deployment-agnostic across every site type.

Common deployment patterns

Most deployments fall into one of four patterns. Tell us which one fits your site, or describe what doesn't fit, and we'll scope from there.

Powered Shell Deployment (Greenfield)

A new shell with power and connectivity in place. Modules install on skids, fully integrated.

You have a powered shell under your control, or one in development. Skidded Nova Array modules are manufactured in parallel with the shell build, so you're not waiting on serial timelines. The modules integrate with the shell's power and infrastructure at install.

What we deliver

A skidded Nova Array configuration engineered to your shell's footprint. Modules arrive pre-commissioned from our manufacturing facilities. Cooling module, power module, controls, fire detection and suppression, monitoring, and hot aisle containment all arrive as part of the integrated build.

Why choose skidded?

Traditional stick-built data centers have sequential phases, labor shortages, weather dependencies, and on-site complexity. The modular prefabricated approach compresses the timeline by 60–75%, turning a multi-year construction project into a deployment that fits your fiscal year.

Existing Building Retrofit (Brownfield)

A warehouse, hangar, or former industrial facility ready to be converted to AI compute.

You have an existing industrial building. A warehouse, a hangar, a former manufacturing facility with power and water connections. You want to convert it into high-density AI compute without a ground-up rebuild.

What we deliver

Data center modules sized to fit inside your existing structure, converting non-traditional space into high-density AI compute with minimal disruption to the host building.

Depending on the building's existing environmental conditions, modules are deployed as either skids, or as fully containerized units (where humidity, particulates, or thermal isolation need to be handled independently). A build never intended to be a data center can become one.

Why choose brownfield?

The hardest parts of standing up a new data center are already done in an existing industrial building. Power capacity is in place. The site is permitted, connected, and located where infrastructure already runs. Most of the multi-year delays of greenfield development are avoided.

Full Pad-Built Solution (Hardened)

A pad-ready site with no existing structure. Hardened data center modules deliver the complete campus.

You have a pad-ready site. Power is available, or in the process of being delivered, but there's no building. You need a complete data center campus, (IT halls, power infrastructure, cooling, ancillary buildings), deployed where no facility currently exists.

What we deliver

Fully hardened data center modules bring high density to sites where no building exists. Ruggedized, self-contained systems engineered for environmental extremes, with on-board environmental management designed for outdoor exposure.

The full campus is delivered as integrated modules: IT halls, electrical infrastructure, network room, ancillary buildings. What would traditionally be a multi-vendor, multi-year construction project becomes a coordinated factory build with on-site assembly. A complete data center campus, from bare pad to live operations.

Why choose hardened deployment?

Hardened modules don't depend on a host building. They're engineered for outdoor deployment, operating across a full range of environmental conditions, with reinforced enclosures, integrated environmental management, and fire detection and suppression.

Module-Only Deployment

Just the data center modules, deployed where you need them. Anywhere from a colocation hall to your own parking lot.

You're not building a campus, you're adding capacity inside an existing footprint, such as extending a colocation hall, filling a corner of an enterprise facility, or plugging into a small power allocation at the edge of a site you already operate.

What we deliver

A single Nova Array module (or a small cluster of them), manufactured and pre-commissioned. Connects to your existing power and connectivity. No new building, no infrastructure displacement.

Why choose module-only?

For when the right answer is more density inside the footprint you already have. Useful for capacity expansion in an existing colocation facility, sovereign or regulatory workloads that need to sit on a specific site, edge AI deployments close to the data, and bringing GPU compute online inside enterprise sites without a major capital project.

For operators

This is the difference between activating contracted power this fiscal year or next.

For developers

It's the difference between RFS (ready for service) in time for a tenant's GPU allocation, or losing the deal.

For anchor tenants

It's the difference between training the next model on time, or shipping it late.
